 Terrina Chrishell Stanse is an American actress from America. She is famous for her role in Selling Sunset, a Netflix reality TV show. Her previous roles include Amanda Dillon (All My Children) and Jordan Ridgeway (Days of Our Lives). Stause was raised in Draffenville (Kentucky). She was a student at Murray State University and received her B.A. She began performing in theatre in 2003. Her middle name, Chishell was a portmanteau made from the unusual birth circumstances. Her mother was in labor in Shell Station, and Chris her attendant was there to help her deliver the baby. Strause's book dispels the rumors regarding her birth. She revealed that her mother was having issues with her car and drove into the gas station. She was in pre-labor while waiting at the station and the attendant helped her get to a hospital. Strause was conceived in an in-hospital. Her mother divorced from her biological father who was half Japanese/half Spanish prior to her knowing she was pregnant. Jeff is her stepfather. Chrishell Strause skipped a whole year of middle school because she was forced into an encampment. Strause told her story about washing her hair in the river and hiding from her peers and the way she resorted to food stamps. Her parents were struggling with addiction and mental health issues.
